Allow removal of http:// prefix from hubspot links
Currently when you insert a link into an email template, hubspot auto populates the 'http://'. In doing this, it means you can't use links saved in hubspot properties, or sending someone to somewhere with an 'https://' link. I suggest if you specif read more

Tagged articles take priority
In Hubspot, there is the feature to add tags to articles. The idea being that the tag will help associate users and visitors to your knowledgebase to the right articles. It should also improve the accuracy of your chatbot's KB lookup. The issue I read more

Countdown property
In our company we try to adhere to a 30 day onboarding period. It would be very good to have a Countdown property which advises how many days are left in the period or how over it is. I tried doing this with a workflow, but couldn't find a way to r read more
