Triggering tasks and workflows based on call count

Count calls made per contact
I want to be able to track and count the calls made per contact. My process requires that I assign tasks/workflows depending upon the number of calls made to each contact. While the property ' Number of Times Contacted ' exists, it tracks a mix of read more
