Option to not assign a contact owner during first email
During testing of a unique business case, I identified that an unassigned Contact will be automatically assigned a Contact Owner if an email is sent through a connected inbox. Example: contact John Doe does not have an assigned Contact Owner. Sally Beitrag ansehen

Use Microsoft Teams for Calls
Since Microsoft is going away from Skype and integrating that functionality into Teams, it would be great to have the calling feature integrated with Teams.

Filtering snippets
When using snippets in emails, it would be great to filter by team, job function, indivitual, etc. I currently have to scroll through a long list of snippets created by others in order to find the ones that pertain to me. We are working on cre Beitrag ansehen

Instagram Story - schedule story
It would be super helpful to be able to schedule Instagram Stories in advance, like you should schedule a normal post. Also, the ability to schedule IGTV and videos on Instagram would be an amazing feature to have.

Enable search for deleted contacts & companies
Hubspot enables you to look through deleted contacts and recover them manually, but if you delete a large number (say 100K which we just did) trying to find one or two is difficult. If we could search using emails (i.e., the same way you can se Beitrag ansehen

Add user signature to emails sent from Conversations
Hey hey, we would appreciate the feature, that email signatures will automatically be added when a team member replies to an email within the Conversations / Team inbox. Currently we are using snippets as a workaround, but that should not be the Beitrag ansehen
