As the agency for international stone manufacturer Polycor, Inc., I have introduced their commercial and residential products to the American market, and, recently, launched their hardscapes and masonry division in a marketplace dominated by engineered materials and concrete. Now, their American marble, once unknown and overshadowed by Italian Carrara marble, is a real player in Google search results. And their Alberene Soapstone, once reserved for chemistry labs, is now a popular kitchen countertop choice for celebrity chefs, designers, and homeowners, the very influencer audience we engaged and leveraged. In 2021 alone, we increased the company's overall leads to sales by 24% and converted 2x higher than the average B2B leads, while increasing website traffic by 55%. When real estate firm Somerset Development took on the monumental task of transforming the abandoned Bell Labs building, an Eero Saarinen masterpiece, into a one-of-a-kind destination now Bell Works, they contacted me. I launched a video campaign with Silver Style Pictures to build an online audience, growing their social by 42 percent and garnering 500,000 unique views in six months. This social influence helped attract commercial and retail tenants, leasing 80% of the 2 million square foot building in just two years. Prior to founding ultraviolet, I worked in the demanding non-profit sector, growing high-profile organizations. This work has given me a very human perspective on relationship building and reaching high-net worth individuals, the target audiences of our luxury brands. I have also had the pleasure of producing nonprofit marketing campaigns in association with corporations including Aveda, Goldman Sachs, Comcast, and Alex and Ani. Together, we raised funds that planted 1 million trees across NYC and attracted 10,000+ volunteers for an annual beach cleanup across the NJ shore.
