Option to choose permanent or temporary deletion as default option
Our company gets tons of spam form submissions. And as of this week, when we go to delete a contact, permanent delete is now the default option. We would like to have the option to change which type of deletion is the default selection when we delet read more

Update: seems this was implemented to change back to restorable as default!!

"Restorable delete" VS "permanent delete"
Hi team, Creating this thread on a behalf of an user. With the new product roll out, when an user tries to delete a contact record, now by default it prompts "permanent delete" when before the default option was always "Restorable delete". read more

I had been posting about this too, seems this was implemented recently to change back to restorable as default!!

Change permanent delete default option for contacts?
We've used HubSpot for years and get a ton of spam form submissions (aka link sellers), so we are deleting handfuls of contacts every day. Up until earlier this week, the "restorable delete" was the default selected option when we'd delete contacts. read more

User behavior tracking that integrates with script forms?
Hello! We are shopping around for a user behavior tracking software (like HotJar, Crazy Egg, etc) that integrates with the HubSpot forms. Since they are built using script, we have had no luck in finding any tool that is compatible to track user read more
