Display the name of the contact texting you (Hubspot app)
When one of the clients call me the Hubspot app displays his/her name on my phone so that I know who is calling me (I like that!) My suggestion is: Enable the same for text messages. Sometimes client sends me a text message and I have no id Leia mais

Workflow Round Robin - rotate leads evenly & in set order
