Problem pulling up contact records
I am having a problem pulling up contact records. I type in the name--no record. I type in the email address--no record. I create a contact, type in email address, and get a pop-up showing there is a record. I click on pop-up and records appears. Th read more

Need to disable two factor authentication for a user
Currently facing the issue of not being able to disable 2FA authenthication for users in my portal. Wishing this was a feature as sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and we might not be able to authenthicate via mobile device. Would be great read more

I would like to disable this. Spending a lot of time waiting on email with code. Having the option to disengage and reengage would be nice. Thanks.
