Customize the 5 Sales Templates Seen by Free Users
Free users are limited to 5 templates; unfortunately if you have more (for example 10) template within your company free users only see the oldest 5 templates. I want to select (for every free user) what templates they can use.

How to set contact properties in a workflow when data set is long
For our business we have 216 markets mapped against 40,000 postal codes. When a lead indicates their postal code, I would like to automatically assign the market. We do this now manually using Excel's Vlookup, but it requires us to touch every rec read more
