Massive merging overhaul needed
Mergeing individual contacts (not from duplicate screen) is severely outdated, inaccessible and overly rigid as an experience. - in duplicates manager, there's a much more intuitive way to see what's being merged so that already exists, this should read more

Can someone recommend any apps that might be able to transcribe CallRail recordings that are sent to HubSpot from CallRail, either before that step or once they're in the CRM? Thanks
