Yes exactly. This also helps a lot to keep gender neutrality without being too impersonal.

For all content options that allow you to organize with folders, it would be extremely helpful to be able to create folders within folders for better organization leading to less duplicates and efficiency when looking for content already created my Lire la suite

In the Marketing Email function, you can create folders in folders in folders forever, and you can move emails/files between folders no problem. But God forbid you make a mistake or want to reorganize later, because you can't move the folders t Lire la suite

It would be nice if CRM tasks would be assignable to multiple people. Right now it can be assigned to one person only.

+1 The only "partial" fix that I found is tagging the colleagues involved in the comments to a conversation with the contact. Chris
