As an admin it would be useful to allow them to control which users have their calendars connected rather than the user setting this up themself. THis could be done centrally without having to chase colleagues to set sync the inbox and calendar.
Within reports & dashboards it would be helpful for displaying reports to be able to hide weekends for businesses who know they will have 0 activity on a weekend.

In the build report from scratch you can use custom colours, this should also be available for normal default reports rather then the current colour palette options
Along the toolbar in CRM it would be useful to have a quick access shortcut option to create a company or contact rather than having to go into the contacts or company list. Only a small icon would suffice along the toolbar.
