Auto delay of email
I would like the option to set every email to automatically send only after a user definable amount of time. 30 seconds was my default when utilizing that feature in the MS Exchange environment.

Increase delayed send beyond 6 month default
We have leads that are locked into contracts that are in term for 12-36 months. I would like to be able to queue up an email for future sends that are closer to those dates.
