Track deals with break clause
I'm trying to figure out the best way to put in deals that are for contracts that include a break clause. For first time subscribers, we offer an annual contract with a 6 month break. Should these be 2 separate deals? One for each 6 month term? Th Leer más

Makes sense but what if they do end up breaking the contract at 6 months after it's been marked as Closed Won? Do I go back and just edit the Closed ...Leer más

Best practices for campaign name?
Are there any best practices for campaign names? Do they function similar to UTM codes where there are certain rules to optimize performance? For example, does it matter if I include the "&" symbol or spaces in the campaign name?

Landing or website page for webinar on-demand
Wondering what the best pratice is for hosting an on-demand webinar page after the live webinar. Should I just swap out the form on the existing landing page (that was used for the live webinar registration) or should I build a new website page?

Add Industry field on form
I'd like to have a form field for "Industry" but I can't figure out the best way to approach this. Ideally it would be a drop-down list. I know I can't have a company field on a form, so should I create a new contact field for industry? Then ho Leer más
