Emil settings - smart rules for From name and From address

Without abbility to create smart rules for name and address recipients will see, I need to create email clones (for example - same email content, but sent from Onboarding or Ongoing Support agent, based on onboarding status of a client)

Workflow Undo Option

It would be nice to have an undo button in Workflows, similar to emails. Sometimes we will edit a workflow and then quickly decide we want to revert back to the original creation. It's hard to remember what has to be changed back, especially for mor Beitrag ansehen

Count Globally Bounced Contacts in the Emails Bounced Property

In lead scoring, we have set up a negative attribute for contacts that have emails bounced equal or greater than 2. This helps us weed out contacts with invalid emails. Recently I noticed that globally bounced contacts didn't have any count in Beitrag ansehen

Add Revision History for Forms - GDPR Requirement

We need to be able to track changes to HubSpot Forms, and to be able to see the published date of any form version. Not only is this much needed functionality in general, but it is also a GDPR necessity if you capture opt ins in forms at all. The Beitrag ansehen

Echoing that seeing Forms revision history is a must! If we can see it on emails, workflows, etc. we need it on forms.

Determine the actual origin of contact property request

At the contact level, it would be extremely helpful to know the true origin of "API" sources beyond "API". Oftentimes we have several sources that could come from an API source and it requires extra digging outside of HubSpot.
