I have just noticed that transaction emails are recreating a contact that was previously deleted using the GDPR option. I understand the problem that a transaction email needs to be sent due to the transaction behind it (order confirmation etc). Ho read more

It should be possible to send surveys, especially the emails that ask customers to take part in the survey, via regular workflows. This would simplify some things, e.g. workflows that are used after sales. There is a limited possibility to use certa read more
