Last Log-in Date for Contact Owners
It would be helpful as a HubSpot manager to see which contact owners have been active and when. There used to be the last log-in date visible on the users and teams page, but it has been removed. One can see the last log-in date on a download of the read more

Categorize the Service Chat to allow for better reporting on what the content of the chats are.
The chat function needs the ability for the representative to categorize the chat, to report on the content of the chat. Current chat reporting is only on the number and time of response. More useful information would be why people are chatting so t read more

Duplicate Constant?
What is the constant that HubSpot uses to trigger duplicates? It looks like in my account it is the name. Can this change? Duplicates by email or postal code would make a bit more sense than just name. Please let me know if I can change the constant read more

Need some kind of permissions to see Dashboard or hide from certain users
Any Hubspot CRM (Sales) user can see all dashboards! YIKES. It is scary to me that any CRM user can view anyone else's dashboard in Hubspot Sales. This has huge privacy issues with lower-level users being able to see my Dashboard and all sales read more
