For holidays and sick leave, it would be great to have just an easy "Away-function" on emails and tickets, so that if any tickets opened or closed will be "unassigned" when replied by customer if the person is "Away". It does not work to simply re read more

Hey! We really need to be able to measure response time on all incoming emails in our inbox. Currently this is only possible to measure on tickets as far as I can see. It is a very important measurement feature that most other CRM-systems can of read more

Hi when creating service ticket sometimes there is more then one company associated with that ticket. Is it possible to associate more then one company to a ticket? This is possible with contacts but i cant figure out if i can add another co read more

We need some type of forwarding tool in hubspots inbox so we can send emails to different departments within out company. Currently we are unable to change who the email is being sent to when replying.
