Night mode
It'd be fab if HubSpot had the option for a night/dark mode to improve the UI. Did my eyes in working in the Chatflow tool all day (with blue-light blocking glasses!)

Bulk actions in Conversations Inbox
When using the Inbox feature, each item must be opened individually. Multiple selections and batch actions are not available (example for closing batch emails or assigning in bulk) The individual action only results is an extremely tedious an Beitrag ansehen

Clone Deal Pipelines
Hubspot Team, Would be great to be able to clone Deal Pipelines or have Deal Pipeline templates as many of our pipelines are similar and now we are manually reacreating pipelines that are simlar or identiacal to other pipeleines. Thanks, Beitrag ansehen

Ability to use association labels as filters (is none of)

Report on Whatsapp metrics
With the new whatsapp integration it would be great to be able to report on Whatsapp metrics as we do with emails eg. opened, replied, clicked link. Additionally, the ability to use these engagements in a workflow as we would for emails. Thes Beitrag ansehen
