Support Hours of Operation for Reporting

Multiple Knowledge Bases

Needed for multi-brand companies. Kind of crazy this isn't available as I'm sure it is keeping many larger companies from adopting HubSpot.

HTML code view/editing in Service Hub Knowledge Base articles

Ability to create lists and workflows from Document views

A "non form" option in Lead Flows
