No duplicate functionality in paid standard edition - what a joke
Why now is there no Manual sync duplicates now in the basic paid versions - you now have to upgrade to Operations Hub Professional, what a joke. If you have two email addresses, such as a linkedin personal email and a work email you can't add Leer más

Select and Multi select contacts to add to the Never Log list
Select and Multi select contacts from the normal Contacts page in the CRM and click to add to the Never Log list, rather than have to enter them manually on a different page

Hit a letter to select an item in a list rather than having to select and scroll
Like in almost all other apps, when you are on a dropdown list field, i.e have tabbed to it, you can enter a letter say 'g' to jumpt to and select the word e.g. 'general' Whereas in hubspot it's painful because you have to click the dropdown, scrol Leer más
