Form Follow-Up Emails
Why can't we send HTML emails as part of HubSpot's new form follow-up email tool? The plain text emails don't allow us to add CTAs, images, and other essential email elements. Until this is resolved, we will have to workflows to send our HTML au Beitrag ansehen

Automatic Notifications for Salesforce Sync Errors and API Calls Approaching the Limit
It would be nice to have a simple notification to inform admins when a serious Salesforce sync error occurs or when API calls reach a certain percentage of the 24 hour limit. Currently this monitoring must be done manually, negatively impacting UX a Beitrag ansehen
