Is there an option to resync records that don't sync due to an error? The error shows here, I fixed the error on the Dynamics side and the leads are coming through again, but the error leads are not coming over. With Salesforce, I could cr Leia mais

When you use filters to create a contact, company or deal view - or when using filters in creating a custom report - there should be an option for OR instead of just AND like the list functionality on the marketing side. That way you can build repor Leia mais

I'm not sure if this is their suggested work around, but I usually build a list using the OR filter and then apply the report to that list.

I want to set up a workflow based on contacts being sent an email. But unless I have sent that email or saved it for automation I can't select it as a criteria. Even if I schedule the send date, I can't use it in a workflow. This would help wit Leia mais
