Filter chat reports based on agent availability
I'm trying to monitor how well my bot logic handles chats, preventing the end user from needing live support. If no one is available when the chat occured, then there is no option for the end user to be assigned an agent. If I can't exclude these read more

bulk add collaborators to deals
Would be great to have the tools to bulk add collaborators to deals in Hubspot so when we have a new colleague join us we can add them into their partners deals as they work together on each of them. Currently new collaborators need to be manually a read more

This can NOT be updated in an export either. 😞 @JCraft2 Associations can be updated in import though.

At Company Level, sort Associated Contacts by most recent activity date

Time in Deal Stage
Really need a report that shows a list of Deals in the Pipeline and how long each individual deal has spent in it's current stage. I can't believe other users aren't clamoring for this... very inportant!!

This is a huge pain point for my company too! Customer support now has to email from gmail instead, while updating the ticket in HS.
