Filter chat reports based on agent availability
I'm trying to monitor how well my bot logic handles chats, preventing the end user from needing live support. If no one is available when the chat occured, then there is no option for the end user to be assigned an agent. If I can't exclude these read more

This can NOT be updated in an export either. 😞 @JCraft2 Associations can be updated in import though.

This is a huge pain point for my company too! Customer support now has to email from gmail instead, while updating the ticket in HS.
