Report for emails that are logged to multiple records of the same object

We have a terrible problem with people not paying attention when they log emails and they get logged to multiple records. It is very common for us to have multiple open deals for the same company or contact. Email correspondence from Office 365 with Beitrag ansehen

Credit card payment fees

There needs to be an option for credit card payment fees to be passed onto the customer. We would like to offer credit card payments as a option but want to be able to notify the customer that if they use a cc then there is a fee attached. And the Beitrag ansehen

New SMS tool doesn't show activity in Contact record

What good is the new SMS tool if I have no way of seeing if people replied? What if they opt out? How am I supposed to know that? Also, why wouldn't the messages and the replies and clicks be logged to the contact record? Seem like a lot is missing Beitrag ansehen
