It would be great to "archive" deals that have either been won or lost, so that they don't appear on the dashboard or deals table. This way you wouldn't lose the information from the deal and it would affect the figures on your deals dashboard.

Outside of the inbox function being generally awful, without any ability to prioritize messages, snooze messages, or any other basic functions that gmail would offer... It also plays terribly with the ticketing function in Hubspot. We often get read more

Hubspot allows for the creation of multiple pipelines, but apparently doesn't allow for the creation of custom Create Deal form per pipeline. We would greatly benefit from being able to have each pipeline have a unique Create Deal form with a unique read more

Currently Outlook users can only log emails to primary object records like contact or company records in HubSpot when using the desktop or 365 add-ins . It would be very beneficial to HubSpot users if they could also log emails directly to custom read more

I would very much like to see this happen. A simple RAG rating for "at risk" deals need colour to catch the attention of the team.
