I would like to create a custom report where i can see how much time my contacts spend in each stage of their Contact Lifecycle. I am looking for something much like the "time in deal stage" available for deals. I know that hubspot has the read more

A lot of companies (like us) already have a VOIP calling system and it doesn't make sense to buy more calling minutes from Sidekick or HubSpot. Give us what we want by offering calling integration with Ring Central and others!

PLEASE, PLEASE make the column width adjustable like Excel for example. Salesforce has this capability which allows for seeing many more data points on the Contact Record. Currently, I can see about 4-5 columns on a 24" monitor before I have to sc read more

The "last activity date" of a deal should be updated to include any person or company that is associated with the deal. If your business, like ours, is focused on deals that could have a single company and multiple stakeholders, I need a view that s read more

It's great that you can view Next Activity Date with Contacts and Companies. However, we base our sales process on Deals, so it would be great if you could add "Next Activity Date" property available for deals as well. This way it will be easy to read more

Pipidrive has a much better interface for that. I would love to see this capability in HubSpot.

Would love the ability from within at least the Sales side of things to automatically map/populate Deal Properties from a Contact's properties. We came over from Salesforce where this could be done in conversion, and this is definitely an area we mi read more
