allow internal HubSpot users to only see their tickets in service hub (other than "Owned")
we primarily use our ticketing system internally across different departments and have multiple pipelines set up and it's worked great. However, we use "Ticket Owner" as a way to collaborate and hand off aspects of the ticket within team members in read more

Enable snippets to be made private or shared with team

Customize the 5 Sales Templates Seen by Free Users
Free users are limited to 5 templates; unfortunately if you have more (for example 10) template within your company free users only see the oldest 5 templates. I want to select (for every free user) what templates they can use.

User Permissions - don't allow documents/email templates/etc. to be edited or deleted by users
I think this is fairly common for most companies. When we upload an official document or create an email template, it has been QAed by company information. While we let people edit the templates as they send them, we don't want them adding their ow read more
