Hi Frank, there are noone else than them connected to the accounts? They are admin, they made the accounts.

Can't connect work e-mail
I'm a part of a larger educational institution where I amongst other things teach startups how to get started with CRM, including Hubspot. Entrepreneurs (fx. researches spinning out) with mails coming directly from the educational instituion can't read more
