Hi HubSpot Community! Is there a way to remove the "Add Timeline Activity" option from the form when creating a ticket?

Hi team, I am trying to remove a specific email whenever I click the "Reply" button on the email so that it will only reply to the associated contact. This specific email came from a form. Is there a way to do this?

The Ticket Owner and the associated Conversation Assignee are not synchronized. When the Ticket Owner is updated directly within the ticket, the change does not reflect in the inbox. Is there a solution for this?
