The Ticket Owner and the associated Conversation Assignee are not synchronized. When the Ticket Owner is updated directly within the ticket, the change does not reflect in the inbox. Is there a solution for this?

Hi. I have a ticketing workflow that send an email. The mail sends fine and everything works as expected, but when I look in the "Emails" section or in a ticket thread, there's no email there. It does show up under the contact, just not the ticket. read more
