Possibilty to deactivate user
Recently we said goodbye to a collegue. As he was fired and had to leave immediately, I wanted to deativate his account to avoid leaks. I did not want to delete the accounct because we first have to check everything under his name. It is not possibl read more

Lock user account to prevent access to HubSpot
Currently it's not possible to lock a user account to prevent them from accessing the HubSpot instance. It's only possible to "Remove from account". The issue with this is if someone leaves the company, and they are the Owner for many records, it ta read more
