Accounting downgrades for retention rates?
Hi, Racking my brain on how to handle downgrades and upgrades in HubSpot. For example, I have a customer and they are paying $500,000, Close Date is 1/1/2016. They want to downgrade their product, the impact is they are now paying ARR of $450,000. read more
