Allow dashboard filters to be applied to customer reports

Dashboard filter applied to cross-object reports built with Custom Reports Builder/Advanced Builder.
We really need dashboard filters to be appied to each single report (including those built with Custom/Advanced Builders) in the same way. So there is no confusion when applying filters for dashbort containing reports built with old and new tools. read more
