BUG email description render
While the same ticket shows correct rendered html in HelpDesk module page, in the Ticket module page the description is rendered as normal text. it's not related to api directly more a bug on the whole system.

BUG upload files date
uploading a file via api shows a classic 1970, so it seems Hubspot fails to set "now" date on creation date of uploaded file.

BUG Attachments
When you upload a file via api elements count is not showed (both Ticket and HelpDesk view): The problem is that an agent must open it to be sure no file is in there.

disable survey popup after answer
It would be nice that in the community page after answering the survey the system would not prompt you again. thanks es: Your survey answers were not submitted because you have already responded.
