Hello! I'm still fairly new to CRM, but working hard to get up to speed. I love that HubSpot offers so much for free - it has helped me see the value in maintaining client lists, leads, remarketing, etc. immensely.

I know I clicked this as "solved" earlier, but it was because I had a solution to my other problem and got all click happy and then didn't want to take away the guy's kudos -- he was super helpful. Okay. So I created an "All Contacts" list by sett 続きを読む

Thank you! It turns out that my first list had lots of clients from before we started collecting email addresses. Duh! Haha thanks again!

Thank you! It turns out that my first list had lots of clients from before we started collecting email addresses. Duh! Haha thanks again!

What am I doing wrong? I've created a beautiful email and I have a list of contacts to send it to. But I "successfully" sent it last night AND this morning, and when I check, it says, "Sent To" - 0 . Zero!!! ARG. So frustrating! Help!!!

Hello, I've created an "All" list for my contacts, which includes all active users and is 294 contacts. But when I select the list and send my email, it only sends to 88 contacts. I've checked that they all have legal basis for sending. How c 続きを読む
