Using webhooks, how can I get the email address of a contact that was deleted

Cleaning up contact properties
We have many custom properties that I'd like to get rid of. I can pull all my contact properties pretty easily but I cannot ID for sure which are custom and which are Hubspot created/default. Please advise which contact property will tell me. Thank Leia mais
