There should be a link to the conversation in the inbox from an email or chat engagement if it is part of an inbox so we can see if any notes were added by other staff, etc... The only solution now is to search the contact in the inbox.... seems lik read more

And it also works in an auto email sequence. Just use this format in the link {{contact.email}}
