need this! only being able to measure by "count of activity" is not enough for all situations. The pie charts are helpful, but shouldn't be the only ...Beitrag ansehen

Post Chat Survey

Search Deals via Quote Number

Measure chats per different time of the day
It is a must that we, as HubSpot customers, be able to measure how many chats are opened at different times of the day, i.e., how many chats are opened between 8am to 9am, between 9am to 10am, etc.

I agree. This is needed for Chat & Calls in Hubspot. Also, chat needs types or categories like logged calls have.

Service Hub Conversation Inbox Print
Please add a feature allowing users to print conversations (i.e. emails, chats) from the Conversation Inbox. To do this now, you wold need to use snipping tool (which is rather frustrating if you are tryign to print a long email and therefore n Beitrag ansehen
