The ticket board doesn't include Customer and Contact info
We are in the process of implementing the Service Hub. In testing out managing groups of tickets, we quickly found that there's no customer or contact visible on the ticket board window. There's no available customer or contact field availible to read more

"Standard" properties/modifying HubSpot properties
I need the Phone Number's field to take the numbers from this: (814)xxx-xxx 814.xxx.xxx 814-xxx-xxx etc To a standard Phone Number format of my choosing, like: (814) xxx-xxxx We also cannot edit default properties, correct?
