Add the ability to repost social posts to another linked social account in HubSpot. For example, company A posts message, mother company B reposts the message via HubSpot.
It would be very nice if you can add different teams / users to a specific pipeline so that not all users can see all pipelines. In this case we work with 3 different sales teams that do not need to have insight into all pipelines.
We just want to set the ticket owner to the first reply agent. So if a employee reply from out the ticket (not fromout conversation inbox) set the ticket owner automatic to the agent who replied fromout the ticket :).
