Meeting reschedule does not set time block as busy

Meeting Scheduler with differing availability
I have 1 rep that needs 2 booking links I need to have 1 that is only for 2 specific dates I need another one to be any weekday over the next 2 weeks, EXCEPT those 2 specific dates Any ideas on how I can do this?
