Currently when an end user searches the Knowledge Base in Bot Conversations, 5 articles are displayed. From a user perspective, I think showing 5 articles in a chat bubble can be very overwhelming. It would be great to be able to place a limit on ho read more

HubSpot bot conversations appear on the Contact timeline, but where are HubBot bot analytics? Any help greatly appreciated.

It is a must that we, as HubSpot customers, be able to measure how many chats are opened at different times of the day, i.e., how many chats are opened between 8am to 9am, between 9am to 10am, etc.
