Workflows with the action "Create a task" should also have the option for the task to be assigned to a specific task queue.

++ All conversations and channels not just chat. This is needed - without this we cant do any attribution/reporting - API + SFDC activity.

As a sales organization, we tie everything back into Salesforce. Love the messages feature, but we have no mechanism to pull chat logs or chat metadata into Salesforce at this time. A mechanism to pull this data into Salesforce would be read more
