Country/region type is different between Contacts and Companies
I see that Country/region field is a single line field in Companies, and a dropdown field in Contacts. That's pretty much inconsistent, while the dropdown option is more appropriated. I cannot automatically copy/sync data between contact and company read more

Build a list of companies
I would love to be able to create a static or smart list of companies. Right now, you can create a list based on company fields, but it generates contact names, not companies.
