Activity Log/Report
Is there away to download all my activity through out the day. I work from home and right now have a spreadsheet of every contact I spoke with and every task I completed that I submit to my boss. This CRM is great but now Im doing double the input. 続きを読む

How about now? As a sales manager it seems weird that I can't download any sort of report on activities.

Feedback: Sorry, the new learning center is the worst.
The new academy and certification process is bad. It might work for new customers or onboarding but it is seriously lacking for agencies, renewals, and advanced users. In the new tracks view how do I know which certifications I have? How do I know 続きを読む

If you type the word "ownership" you get nothing. How do you access the Academy in the new version?
