Rendering on Outlook with a custom coded template
Hi, I'm creating an NPS email based on a custom coded template, however, I'm having issues with it not rendering correctly on Outlook (the number 10 jumps to the next line). Hubspot sent me here to see if there is a lovely person that might read more

Turn off email transcript sent to visitor for chat
The ability to turn off the chat transcript that is sent via email after having a conversation would be nice.

Agree - it would be good to both turn of the feature and also have our own company branding at the bottom of the transcript

Limit workflow actions to weekends
