Where to place very custom lead generation
Completely new to the service. Client has this custom json that I need to POST or PATCH somewhere in the app. Its a contact lead match to who should contact out. I figure it does not belong on contacts. Its more of an inbox or ticket assign thin read more

thank you, the client does not have the tier custom objects, so the only solution was to drop it into a contact column.
