Why does my WhatsApp template message show as "null" in the HubSpot preview?

Workflow new steps
I already had a workflow with 4 emails, these have already been sent and I would like to send new emails to the same list. Do I have to create a new workflow or if I add it as a new step to the workflow will it be sent?
