I’m Kris Crosse, a Membership Development Coordinator based in Boston. My work revolves around relationship building and community engagement, where I guide prospective members through their journey in Freemasonry. I’m currently involved in upgrading our CRM systems, particularly transitioning to HubSpot, to streamline and enhance the membership process for Massachusetts Freemasonry. I’m committed to understanding and leveraging digital tools like HubSpot to help us to relate to the individuals we serve in a deeper and more impactful way. I also lead our Membership Development at the Grand Lodge, focusing on innovative strategies to help membership associations grow and convert interest into initiation. Outside of work, I’m passionate about creating meaningful content for young Christian who are growing in the Faith. I bring a warm, approachable, and supportive presence to every project I undertake, always striving to learn and grow while helping others do the same.
