Open Maps from Mobile App to navigate to address
It would be nice to be able to navigate to a given company address by tapping on the address under properties even if all it did was sent you to a third party app such as google maps or apple maps.

Improve overall functionality of the iOS mobile app
Our fields reps have been reporting numerous obstacles and limited functionality when using the iOS mobile app. Examples include: Limited Search Capabilities: Unable to search for contacts based on their "Company Name" property. In general, se Beitrag ansehen

Call Logging/Recording Mobile App
There are a few othe CRM's whose mobile applications will allow you to call through the mobile app and it records the call and gives you the option to log the call outcome and notes after you hang up. This would be a great feature to have available Beitrag ansehen

Handle inbound / incoming calls in HubSpot
We currently have to use a service like Aircall to handle the inbound calls, which is not ideal. When you do the outbound calling from Hubspot it would make sense to also be able to handle the inbound calls and get them properly tracked, recorded, e Beitrag ansehen
